Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with the public in a customer service position.
• 30 college credits or Library Support Staff Certification.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a library or learning environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general circulation services: register borrowers, update records, place holds, and check out materials.
• Assist customers with library resources and technology, including eBooks.
• Maintain item status in the library system and assist with programming and readers’ advisory.
