Job summary

Central Valley Training Center in Visalia, CA is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to help individuals with intellectual disabilities gain and maintain employment in community settings. You will provide individualized and group support at various employment sites close to the participant's location.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, offers a starting salary of $23.68/hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities desirable.
• CPR/First Aid and related safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model appropriate employment skills and set expectations.
• Monitor participants’ work performance and provide feedback.
• Document performance and maintain safety at work sites.
• Provide supervision and age-appropriate training as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
