Learning To Thrive in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a full-time Job Coach to support adults with developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old at the time of hire.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Proof of passing a pre-placement physical and back assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to support participants' employment skills.
• Facilitate activities for participants effectively.
• Document interactions and progress in a timely manner.
