Job summary

Central Valley Training Center Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead day program operations and a community-based program in Visalia, CA. The role requires coordinating direct care staff, developing quality programming, and participating in management decisions.

The manager will supervise instructors and job coaches under the Program Director's guidance. The position is full-time, in-person, with a starting salary of $77,000/year and benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise full-time & part-time direct care staff working in a day program and community-based program.
• Establish and implement quality programming and tools to improve participant services and program effectiveness.
• Participate in management team decisions and ensure safety and compliance with agency policies.
