Job summary

Integrated Resource Institute in La Verne, CA is seeking an Employment Coach to mentor individuals with developmental disabilities at job sites and support job development in the San Gabriel Valley.

You will coordinate with the circle of support, build resumes, practice interviews, arrange transportation, and help clients maintain employment with flexible hours, including evenings. A comprehensive paid training program is provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities preferred.
• Strong organization and writing skills; proficient with computers and online platforms.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide job development and on-the-job supports.
• Coordinate with circle of support to create integrated employment.
• Support individuals with accessing community and transportation.
• Document and maintain records of progress and outcomes.
