Qualifications

• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Experience in full room inclusion or Co-Teaching in Resource Room.
• Comfort with growth-focused coaching via observations and action planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to interpret students' abilities and disabilities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and write IEP goals and objectives.
• Engage with families regarding student academic and social-emotional growth.
• Support planning of non-instructional activities and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
