Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is looking for a detailed-oriented Intake & Enrollment Supervisor to oversee the intake team and ensure compliance with regulations. You will be instrumental in cultivating referral sources and coordinating training for staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years supervisory experience, and is bilingual. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience in community agency or health care setting is required.
• Knowledge of compliance with State and Federal PACE Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake process and staff for PACE locations.
• Monitor the intake process flow to ensure timely enrollment.
• Develop and coordinate training of Intake Specialists.

Skills

Supervisory experience

Experience with elderly populations

Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in business/marketing or health care-related field
