Job Overview

The Intake Specialist I will coordinate the enrollment process of potential PACE participants, requiring a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the healthcare industry. The role will collaborate with Enrollment Development Specialists (EDSs) to increase PACE program membership by effectively enrolling participants and supporting retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the enrollment of potential PACE participants.
• Act as a bridge between the Marketing and Operations teams and other PACE cross‑functional departments.
• Discuss, upsell, and explain the overall services provided by the PACE Program.
• Manage participants’ enrollment and serve as the central point person for enrollment activities.
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to track and monitor all leads.
• Provide daily status reports on marketing efforts and participant enrollment progress.
• Assist with identifying new referral sources, conducting outreach activities, and generating enrollment leads through internal promotion.
• Ensure consistent compliance with all state, federal, and company‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or a related nursing field of study, or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• Minimum one‑year experience working with the elderly and their families, preferably in a healthcare or community agency setting.
• Marketing/Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability in Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English required.

Compensation

$25.00 - $29.32 hourly.

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
