Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral or mental health, addiction recovery, or intake preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with EHR systems or willingness to learn.
• Team-player with confidentiality awareness (HIPAA)

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments.
• Document substance use, mental health, and psychosocial history.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams for smooth transitions.
