AdCare Rhode Island American Addiction Centers is seeking an Intake Admissions Coordinator to support timely access to treatment and coordinate pre-admission screening. You will collect intake and insurance data, explain levels of care to families, and coordinate with clinical staff.

This role requires empathy, strong communication, and accurate documentation in Salesforce, with attention to confidentiality and compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Interpersonal skills essential.
• Computer literacy required, Google Workspace a plus.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency and 12-step programs preferred.
• Past experience in substance abuse treatment a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist intake referrals; explain the process.
• Collect intake data and insurance information for timely access to treatment.
• Coordinate with clinical staff on levels of care.
• Verify benefits with insurance and document in Salesforce.
• Maintain professionalism and protect patient confidentiality.
