The Stepping Stones Group is hiring instructional paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year in Minnesota. You will support students with diverse needs in school-based settings, providing one-on-one or small-group instruction and assisting with classroom routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children with special needs is valued.
• Ability to follow instructional plans and classroom procedures.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, small-group, and classroom-wide instructional support.
• Reinforce teacher-led lessons and routines.
• Assist students with academic tasks and skill development.
• Support implementation of IEPs and accommodations as directed.
• Help students stay engaged and participate in activities.
• Develop academic, communication, social-emotional, and life skills.
