CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Regular Education Instructional Assistant (IA) to support students and teachers throughout the school day. You’ll monitor activities, assist with classroom management, supervise lunch/recess, and provide social-emotional guidance as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality and professionalism, with pay at $19 per hour and 21 hours of PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Prior public-school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring activities with students.
• Assisting teachers with classroom management.
• Lunchroom & recess duties.
• Assisting students individually or in small groups with organization skills.
• Providing social/emotional guidance when needed.
