Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated Instructional Support Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work closely with teachers, special education staff, and school teams to support students with diverse needs in general and special education settings.

This role emphasizes one-on-one and small-group support, reinforcing classroom instruction, assisting with IEPs, accommodations, and behavior strategies, and helping students develop academic, social-emotional, and life

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructional plans and classroom procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, small-group, and classroom-wide instructional support.
• Reinforce teacher-led lessons and classroom routines.
• Assist students with academic tasks and skill development activities.
• Support implementation of IEPs, accommodations, and classroom modifications.
• Monitor student engagement and progress; communicate observations to the school team.
