Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of IDD program experience in residential/community settings.
• At least 1 year supervisory/lead experience including coaching and scheduling.
• Experience with complex behavioral, medical, or elevated-risk needs.
• Experience training/direct supervision of residential staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for individuals with IDD with elevated support needs.
• Coordinate supports and implement individualized plans and risk mitigation.
• Ensure safety, rights, dignity, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching on trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and crisis response.
• Maintain documentation for risk assessments, behavior plans, and incident reports.
• Review referrals, assess needs, and coordinate timely follow-up.
