Job summary

Hands of Heartland is seeking a Risk Support Coordinator in Bellevue, NE to oversee residential services for individuals with IDD with elevated support needs. You will coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure care plans and regulations are met across interdisciplinary teams.

You will coach staff, lead risk mitigation efforts, and maintain accurate documentation while promoting person-centered care and safety. Strong leadership and crisis management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of experience working with individuals with IDD in residential, community-based, or behavioral health settings.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience with coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
