Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing/on-site environment, strong HRIS/ADP proficiency, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary range: $65,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing onsite environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Experience with an HRIS/payroll system; ADP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for hourly and salaried positions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Handle employee relations matters and help address workplace concerns.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee questions.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accurate employee information.
• Assist with performance management, attendance tracking, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment regulations.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and other administrative projects.
• Partner with management to support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
