Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong background in benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, and leave administration.
• ADP experience preferred, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage HR reporting and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees as the Manufacturing HR Generalist.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment activities as the Manufacturing HR Generalist.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and performance-related conversations as the Manufacturing HR Generalist.
• Support workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance activities as the Manufacturing HR Generalist.
• Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning as the Manufacturing HR Generalist.
