Job summary

HR Jobs in Naugatuck, CT is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations across manufacturing activities. You will help with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll data accuracy, employee relations, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

You will also maintain HRIS data, assist with workers’ compensation, training coordination, and incident reporting. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–5+ years HR experience are preferred and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related field.
• 2–5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities including postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll data accuracy.
• Support employee relations and HR policy inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and conduct audits.
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with workers’ compensation and incident documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.
