The Salvation Army St. Cloud Corps is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide individualized, person-centered services to shelter participants.

You will assess needs, develop service plans, and connect clients with housing, income, employment, and health resources. Responsibilities include case management, documentation, referrals, and collaboration with community partners to advance safe, stable housing and participant self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, sociology, or related field preferred.
• Minnesota state licensure required if degree is in social work.
• One year of experience in case management or related services.
• Experience with homelessness or housing instability preferred.
• Background checks, valid driver’s license, and MVR clearance required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to crises.
