Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with housing or human services is a plus.
• 1+ year of administrative or data-entry experience with confidentiality.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with housing and subsidy applications, including LIHTC paperwork.
• Conduct intake interviews onsite and in shelters or outreach locations.
• Screen eligibility, communicate decisions, and guide through appeals.
• Verify documentation of income and homelessness and track applications.
• Maintain records in the agency database and support move-in coordination.
