Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across diverse settings, including private and assisted living environments. You will assess language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs and create individualized plans to improve communication and safety.

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to support patient independence and quality of life while navigating home health dynamics and driving to patient locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Ability to provide speech-language therapy in home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in patients' homes.
• Treat language impairments, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and care teams to support patient outcomes.
