Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, and memory care settings.

You will evaluate and treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and AAC needs, often following a stroke or progressive neurological diseases.

Qualifications

• Requires valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation in good working condition.
• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in patients' homes, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.
• Treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and AAC needs.
• Work under the care of an attending physician in home health settings.
