Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and provide skilled therapy in patients’ homes, partnering with attending physicians.

You will treat individuals with language and cognitive-communication disorders, dysphagia, and related needs, including post-stroke and progressive neurological conditions, in a home-based setting across various living arrangements.

Qualifications

• Current SLP licensure in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to home health visits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting under physician supervision.
• Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and AAC needs.
• Work with patients who have had strokes or progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s and dementia.
