Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes. The role involves evaluating and treating individuals with language, speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in home settings under physician supervision.

You will work across diverse environments including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care, supporting patients who have conditions from stroke to progressive diseases.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication.
• Provide home-based SLP therapy under the care of an attending physician in various home settings.
