Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across various settings, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, and memory care. The role involves evaluating and treating language, speech, and swallowing disorders under physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy to home-based patients under physician supervision.
• Evaluate and treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication issues.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Support patients in memory care, stroke recovery, and progressive neurological conditions.
