Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes, under physician supervision. The role includes evaluating language impairments, dysphagia, and cognitive communication needs, with care settings ranging from single-family homes to memory care facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of an attending physician.
• Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring AAC.
• Support patients who have experienced a stroke and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.
