Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Katy, TX. The PT will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions including exercise, gait training, and manual therapy in patients’ homes.

The role emphasizes patient education, safety assessments, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in home health settings.

• Document evaluations and progress in digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
