PARS Therapy in Katy, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health PTA to help patients regain independence. You will work under a licensed PT to deliver in-home therapy, develop individualized plans, and educate patients and families on ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based treatments that promote movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance through therapy.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and communicate with the supervising therapist.
• Document all services and maintain patient records.
