Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a capable administrator to lead our local operations in Texas. You will drive community-focused care, oversee daily operations, and manage staff performance to ensure high-quality home health services.

Qualified candidates bring leadership experience in health care, a relevant license or degree, and strong knowledge of home care regulations. Occasional travel is required, with in-office attendance essential to supervise and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician, RN, or bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year supervisory/administrative health care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local home care laws essential.
• Demonstrated tech skills, mobile device use, and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local chief executive agent and lead providers in the community.
• Ensure daily execution of operations and manage performance and office tasks.
