Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a regional administrator to lead local operations, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive performance in the community served. This role requires healthcare leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on management of office and care teams.

The ideal candidate will bring clinical leadership experience, travel up to 25%, and familiarity with Homecare Homebase. In-office presence is essential to support supervision and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license (physician or nurse) and CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree required; clinical licensure preferred for leadership in home health.
• Experience in home health or hospice supervision is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local home care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent for the provider.
• Lead operations, services, and personnel performance to ensure daily execution.
• Oversee office management and coordinate with care teams to support community needs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement across the agency.
