Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a senior administrator to lead local home health operations, ensuring compliant, high-quality care for the community. You will supervise providers, drive daily operations, and shape the direction of the local team.

Ideal candidates hold a medical or nursing credential or a bachelor’s degree, with strong regulatory knowledge and prior management experience in home health care or related fields, including familiarity with HCHB and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Required licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home health operations.
• Strong technology skills including mobile devices and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent.
