Qualifications

• Degree in health care administration or related field required; clinical licenses preferred.
• Minimum two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local home care regulations governing operations.
• Ability to travel by personal vehicle up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead local provider(s) to improve community care and contribute to company success.
• Ensure daily execution of operations; manage services, personnel performance, and office management.
