Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a capable administrator to lead local operations and ensure top-quality home health and hospice services within the community. You will oversee daily operations, clinical and non-clinical staff, and provider performance, driving excellence in care delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or clinical licensure), strong knowledge of regulations, travel up to 25% in Texas, and hands-on leadership with MS Office and HCHB experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent.
• Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community.
• Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily.
• Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.
