Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced administrator to lead local providers and guide executive operations within the community served. You will drive daily operations, manage staff performance, and oversee office management to ensure exceptional home health care delivery.

Candidate should have a health care administration degree, applicable licensure, and at least two years in a supervisory role, with strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in health care administration or related field.
• Licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist or licensed nursing home administrator preferred.
• Minimum two years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local chief executive agent and lead providers in delivering community care.
• Ensure daily execution of operations and office management.
• Oversee operations, services, personnel performance and overall efficiency.
