Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in home health or hospice setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; active listening.

• Support all office operations to ensure tasks are performed timely and accurately.
• Assist leadership to ensure employees are supported and guided to the correct resources or personnel.
• Serve in and support any role as needed to contribute to daily office operations.
