The position requires 3–5 years of industry experience, a high school diploma, and bilingual Spanish abilities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an hourly pay range of $23–$25.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling program.
• Bilingual – Spanish.
• Must have a valid driver's license for in-home supervisory visits.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work schedules in the scheduling system; handle changes due to client needs, illness, vacations, or leaves.
• Provide alternate coverage to maintain care plans without interruption.
• Contact care providers and clients to share service updates.
• Conduct monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Address escalated client complaints and theft claims with thorough follow-through.
• Supervise direct service staff and enforce attendance, performance and conduct.
• Maintain a professional branch environment and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies; handle phones, staff assistance, visitors, and reports.
