Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of office experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling program.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for monthly home visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling of caregivers and ensure top-quality service.
• Conduct in-home visits and client updates, ensuring care plans stay on track.
• Coordinate with field staff and provide coverage when needed.
• Resolve escalated client complaints and incidents promptly.
• Supervise direct service employees and enforce company policies.
• Maintain professional branch appearance and protect client confidentiality.
