Job summary
Therapy 2000 in Humble, TX is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven, home-based therapy team. You will evaluate children, develop plans, and work with families to help kids grow and thrive in familiar settings.

Qualifications
- Current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
- Innovative spirit with reliability.
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
- 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in home-health settings.
- Certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
- Complete patient charts, progress summaries, and call logs on time.
- Meet agency expectations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to all policies, guidelines and laws applicable to home-health pediatric OT.
