Qualifications

- 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in a home-health setting.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related clinical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers and coordinate care in patients' medical neighborhoods.
- Complete patient visit documentation and chart updates within deadlines.
- Engage with agency personnel to maintain expectations and standards for high-quality care.
- Ensure all duties comply with agency policies and applicable laws for home-health pediatric OT.
