Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its mission-driven home-based team in Texas. You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations with pediatric patients, develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders, and collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.

The role requires 3+ years of pediatric OT experience, a TX license, and experience in home-health settings, with opportunities to specialize in feeding

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license or eligible for licensure in TX.
• Minimum 3 years as a pediatric OT.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet agency deadlines for chart updates and documentation.
• Adhere to agency policies and federal/state regulations.
