Qualifications

• Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and complete required charting and documentation.
• Adhere to agency policies and deliver high-quality patient care.
