Therapy 2000 in Houston is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a mission-driven team providing home-based therapy to children. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to promote each child's growth and potential.

Formación
- Current active Texas OT license.
- 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in home-health settings.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties.
Responsabilidades
- Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
- Act as a vital member of the patients’ medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with providers and disciplines.
- Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
- Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures and all laws applicable to home-health pediatric OT.
