Job summary
Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team. You will provide comprehensive OT services in home-based settings across Texas, developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
The role emphasizes collaboration with families and healthcare partners to support child growth and development. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of pediatric OT experience, a TX license, and experience in home-health settings.
Qualifications
- Active OT license in Texas required.
- 3+ years of pediatric OT experience.
- Experience in home-health preferred.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related pediatric subspecialties is a plus.
- Strong reliability and adaptability to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
- Collaborate with medical teams and other providers.
- Complete charting and documentation promptly and accurately.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and agency policies.
- Deliver high-quality pediatric OT services in home settings.
