Qualifications

• Current/active Texas OT license.
• 3+ years in pediatric OT.
• Experience in home-health setting.
• Feeding therapy experience or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate across care teams and coordinate referrals.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, logs.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and relevant regulations.
