Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license.
• 3+ years pediatric OT experience.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Feeding therapy or related certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care among patients, families and other providers; complete weekly visits as required.
• Maintain timely chart updates and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and home-health regulations.
