Job summary

Uniphar is seeking an EAP Program Coordinator to oversee Healthcare Professional inquiries and coordinate with the Project Management team to meet KPI targets. The role includes assisting physicians and pharmacists, managing registrations, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities extend to processing orders, coordinating logistics with the warehouse, and generating program metrics reports while supporting billing

Qualifications

• Ideally degree-level education.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel (Intermediate).
• ERP experience with SAP or D365 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and triage inquiries from Healthcare Professionals via program inboxes and phone lines.
• Collaborate with Project Management to align KPIs and deliverables for each program.
• Support prescribing physicians and pharmacists with general inquiries and escalate medical queries as needed.
• Manage HCP registrations and patient enrolment per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and supply chain compliance with SOPs and GDP.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse for shipping and billing.
• Generate client reports on program metrics and monitor order tracking.
