Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager - Professional Services to lead complex EHR implementations for enterprise customers across North America. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale deployments on time and within scope.

You will manage project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, while ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support. A healthcare IT background and PMP/PRINCE2 are valuable assets; AI-enabled workflows are

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex software implementations for enterprise or multi-site customers.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality outcomes.
• Experience leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve project and customer outcomes.
• Healthcare technology background (EHR/EMR/Pharmacy) is a plus.
• PMP or PRINCE2 designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison across multiple enterprise deployments.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and define scope, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholder locations and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues; provide recommended solutions.
• Ensure successful adoption of PointClickCare solutions post-implementation.
• Report deployments, budgets and revenue using internal tools.
