Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish with defined scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, tasks, and status reports; assign owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate clinical, administrative, operational, and leadership stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, delays, and escalate with solutions.
• Coordinate healthcare initiatives, onboarding, and operational improvements.
• Improve workflows with SOPs and supporting documentation.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track next steps.
• Protect sensitive information following privacy rules and policies.
