Qualifications

• Education ideally at degree level.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel (intermediate).
• ERP experience with SAP or D365 is an advantage.
• Familiar with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and triage HCP enquiries via program inboxes and phone lines.
• Collaborate with Project Management to align KPIs and deliverables.
• Support prescribing physicians and pharmacists; escalate medical queries as needed.
• Manage qualification processes per SOP and GDP for HCPs/hospitals.
• Oversee hospital and wholesaler accounts; coordinate revalidation.
• Handle HCP registrations and patient enrolment per regs.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and supply chain compliance.
• Process sales orders through ERP for billing.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping docs, and courier bookings.
• Generate client reports and track order metrics.
• Raise invoices and assist cost updates; reconcile overdue accounts.
• Provide administrative and project support as needed.
