Job summary

Agate Software, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to oversee grant-management implementations for government agencies and nonprofits.

You will own multiple projects, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients and funding programs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure quality outcomes through risk management, documentation, and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required or preferred.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, LucidChart, or Figma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-volume portfolio of implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and advise on grant management strategies.
• Collaborate with customers to define business requirements and align with product capabilities.
• Participate in cross-functional requirements gathering and business process modeling.
• Guide technical teams on system configuration and enhancements.
• Lead QA and validation to ensure contract specifications are met.
• Document progress and report metrics to stakeholders.
